McDonald's in Hannoversch Munden

I was standing at the McDrive at 9:07 a.m. and wanted to place my order. Unfortunately, after two minutes of waiting, no employee has taken my order even though I was the only customer in the McDrive at that time. I left without having achieved anything and got coffee and baguettes at the Aral gas station.

Apparently often overwhelmed with several customers at the same time. With the mc drive, at least one part is almost always forgotten. Employees are still nice and hard-working. According to feedback from McDonaldsb, unfortunately, it happens regularly and it is clearly checked ... But still annoying and does not change the performance

I got 2 large fries and a hamburger what do I get 2 small fries and a hamburger without meat

Allegedly open until midnight, but employees close the shop at 11.30pm and ignore you in the drive-in. 🤷🏻‍♂️

When I'm in a bad mood or depressed, I always read the reviews of McDonald's in Hann. Münden through and hey presto I'm in a good mood again. When I read how my former employer drives the restaurant in front of the wall and ruins everything in which one had left blood and sweat for years, only to be sorted out like a number against incompetent, unfriendly staff that is simply the best satisfaction because in the end all that counts the result: I loved my job! And everything was done for the guests and the restaurant! But you are powerless against the wrong people in leading positions. Since the good people left, the restaurant has been in ruins and a hodgepodge for incompetent staff. But I still have the laughter and the glee that just keeps getting more and more.

In McDrive it is mostly: "Pull over to the right, please ...". Last time there was Coke that had nothing to do with Coke: too much water, no carbon dioxide. Usually something is missing ...

Seldom is everything as it should. Far too long waiting times. Especially in the MC Drive. Individual articles are always missing. Some employees are sometimes quite cheeky with customers. It seems that criticism is not that popular.

This McDonald's is not recommended if you are in a hurry the entire crew today on October 2nd, 2020 is totally overwhelmed and you actually wait 16 minutes and other guests even longer for a simple maxi menu. It is best to support smaller restaurants if you have the time.

Usually takes an incredibly long time (obviously overwhelmed employees) and the opening times are apparently quite arbitrary. One example of many: Stand at 9:17 in front of closed doors, although it is said to be open from 9 a.m. ...

By far the worst McDonalds there is in northern Germany. Unfriendly service and waiting times that far exceed the size of a fast-food restaurant with over 30 minutes in the McDrive. (No rush hour) There is no response to friendly inquiries. This shop has finally disqualified itself and did not deserve a star from me.

Takes forever ... even a simple cheeseburger has to wait a while. And that at a time when nothing was going on and I was the only car at the drive-in counter ... it always happens that you have to wait forever here and be asked to the parking lot ...

A little blonde employee, a bit younger, served me today. She was very rude and then gave me the wrong bag. She didn't even respond to my questions and I was ignored for no reason.

Catastrophic! The service must be explained how to do what. You really ask yourself the question of why they actually work there. Inside you can only order from a machine, but you have to pay with cash at the cash register. If something doesn't work, employees know as much or less than the customer. I ask myself how to run such a store these days.
